PART I
Wandering Youth (19–30)
The years of rugby and military discipline: strength, sacrifice,
escape. The night as a territory of freedom and error. Loves that
burn quickly, women who touch but do not stay. The first
betrayals he suffered teach the value of distance, not revenge.
Traveling Maturity (31–45)
The illusion of a solid life. Careers that take off, planes that
become homes. The idea of marriage as a promise that frays,
lovers who keep alive what time wears away. Cities change, but
nostalgia remains the same language.
Awareness (46–60)
The body begins to cry out for respite. Relationships with
younger women open wider chasms. In Africa and Brazil, poverty
and grace merge, and love becomes a mission rather than a
possession. Wounds do not heal; you learn to bear them.
PART II
Female Archetypes
The mother, the immobile center of childhood, guardian, and
limit.
The symbolic sister, silent confidante during the hardest
moments. The lover, school of the body and absence. The wife
or companion, a territory of truces and pretenses. The daughter
or granddaughter, the promise of what one was unable to
become. And then the unknown: every woman who passes
through life and leaves a nameless mark.
Types of Experience
Powerful women, often more fragile than they appear.
Fragile women, stronger than they believe. Foreigners who teach
new grammars of love. Friends who stay when everything falls
apart. Rivals who force us to look within, more than we would
like.
Emotions and Registers
Eroticism as a primary language, irony as a defense.
Anger and betrayal as necessary tests. Compassion and
tenderness that come when you stop demanding. Harshness and
ruthlessness sometimes save more than affection. Nostalgia and
memory as the only terrain to which all things return, eventually.
Women are not the characters in the story: they are the story.
Every encounter is a breakthrough, every loss of a form of
knowledge.
PART III
Work
Work as a backbone, but also as an alibi. For years it provided
rhythm, order, and escape. It was a battlefield and a refuge, a
way to avoid complete collapse while my private life fell apart.
Training and Discipline
It all begins in boarding school: obedience, fear, resistance. Then
rugby, the Italian National Team, the rule of the body that never
betrays the mind. From there, the dual roots—discipline and
rebellion—are born, which will accompany every choice, every
journey.
The Lessons Received
Every woman has been a teacher. Every mistake, a form of
emotional literacy. The masks fall one by one, until you are left
naked before what you were and what you no longer are.
Vulnerability as Truth
It is not weakness, but clarity. It is knowing you no longer need
to pretend to be a lover, a son, or a hero. Just a witness to your
own passing.
EUROPE
In Western Europe, women know how to laugh even when life
does not make them laugh.
They have a natural elegance, born of intelligence rather than
makeup. They make you believe that love is an endless
conversation, then they change languages and leave you there,
searching for meaning. They are romantic, but not weak. They
listen to you with their eyes, they study you calmly, and when
they decide you can stay, they do so without saying so. They
have humor, but not sarcasm: the irony of those who know their
worth and do not need to prove it. Resolute, yes, but only until
you betray them. After that, they become an Atlantic wind: you
cannot stop them. Every woman in this part of Europe has an
internal compass: she knows where she is going, even when she
seems lost. And if she lets you into her world, it is because she
has understood that you are not afraid of losing yourself to her.

Salty skin, voice of the wind. She spoke to you of love and fresh
fish with the same passion.

100. Chantal – Paris, 2025
Last on the list, first in my thoughts. The women of France, she
said, are not forgotten; they are breathed in.
SPAIN
Spanish women do not ask permission: they enter life like a
bullfight, with grace and courage at the same time.
They have the sun inside them, but they do not waste it. They
share it with those who deserve it. They know how to laugh
while they cry and argue while they love. They do not seek to
please: they demand to be understood. From the flamenco of
Seville to the cafes of Madrid, from the wind of Bilbao to the
silence of Granada, they carry the pride of those who have never
given up their voice. They are direct, proud, and instinctive. If
they love you, they defend you. If they stop, they truly forget
you. There is an ancient melancholy in their gaze, but also the
certainty that life is meant to be lived, not told. And when they
say "I quiero," it is not just a phrase. It is a promise that burns
and heals at the same time.

PORTUGAL
The women of Portugal live in the silence of the seas and the
folds of nostalgia.
They have eyes that know how to wait and hands that ask for
nothing. They do not explode, they burn out slowly, like candles
lit for someone who will not return. They speak little, but every
word is precise: it weighs, it lingers, it heals.
There's melancholy in their way of loving, but also dignity. When
they smile, it is like someone who has already lost something
and has learned to turn it into poetry. They have a calm that is
not resignation, but ancient strength.
Loving a Portuguese woman is like looking at the ocean in
winter: it seems still, but inside it is stormy.
And when they leave you, they do not turn their backs. They
simply walk away at the pace of those who understand that
certain presences remain, even when they are no longer seen.

ENGLAND
English women live behind a facade of impenetrable calm. They
have polite smiles, measured words, and precise habits. No one
would guess that behind that composure lies a world of
unspoken desires and unforgiving thoughts.
They know how to manage distance like an art.
They never fully expose themselves: they observe, evaluate,
decide. But beneath the wool sweater and the polite words,
their minds work silently, igniting fantasies that no one will ever
see. Eros, for them, is a mind game. More than touching, they
imagine. More than speaking, they insinuate.
When they love, they do it the way they plan everything: with
method, precision, and a secret desire to disobey.
And when they cheat, they do it only once—but that time is
unforgettable.
English women do not show themselves.
They reveal themselves, inch by inch, like a truth hidden in a
perfect sentence.

EUROPE
The women of Central Europe live in the middle of everything:
between East and West, between rigor and desire, between
memory and future.
They never completely lose themselves, but they do not give in
easily. They are accustomed to control, but inside they harbor a
sense of melancholy that no rule can order.
They have learned to smile without distractions, to work without
complaining, to love without deception.
They possess a rigorous, almost mathematical balance: the mind
calculates, the heart corrects.
They dress with quiet elegance, speak little, and listen a lot.
When they look at you, it is not out of curiosity, but to
understand who you really are. They do not judge what they
evaluate. And once they have made up their minds, they do not
change their minds.
Central European women do not make revolutions.
They make them inevitable. And they do it in the most subtle
way possible: by keeping calm.

EUROPE
Born amid long winters and uncomfortable truths, Eastern
women have learned to smile even with chapped hands.
They do not wait for salvation; they build it with patience and
pride.
They saw poverty, power, the promise of a future that changes
flag but not face.
Yet, from each difficult period, they emerged more lucid, more
ironic, more alive.
They know how to work, seduce, and endure.
Sometimes all on the same day. They have an elegance that does
not ask permission, a melancholy that does not act, and courage
they do not flaunt.
They look at you as if they already know everything about you,
but they still let you speak.
They love you without illusions; they leave you without hatred.
They do not ask for equal opportunities, they ask for equal
respect.
Eastern women do not feign lightheartedness: they conquer it.
They do not fear solitude: they inhabit it with discipline. And in
every laugh, one can still hear the echo of those who had to
learn to resist to allow themselves to dream.

ROMANIA
Romania is a land of transitions and half-kept promises. Here,
women are born with two gifts: patience and clarity. They carry
the memory of an empire in their blood and the melancholy of
the Carpathian Mountains in their hearts.
She does not ask, she observes.
She does not beg, she decides. When she loves, she builds. When
she stops, she disappears—without guilt, without noise.
They are the heirs of Trajan's women: strategists of heart and
survival.
They have learned that strength lies not in shouting, but in
holding one's gaze until the end. They walk with the same
composure as ancient statues and the irony of modern women
who know that no one will save them, except themselves.
They are the beauty that seeks no consensus, the steadfastness
that needs no explanation.
Women of mountains and plains, of cities and rivers, of faith and
reason. Every gesture they make contains a choice. Every choice,
a freedom that few men could bear.
Romania is not just a nation: it is an altar of women who know
how to love like empresses and leave like legends.

POLAND
Poland is an altar and a wound, and its women are its daily ritual.
They have learned to live between faith and disillusionment,
between sacrifice and pride. They pray in silence but decide with
firmness. They grew up in the shadow of a Pope and the light of
freedom, and within that contrast they built their character:
spiritual, practical, inflexible.
Their love is never weak; it is a pact.
They know that pain purifies, but they do not mythologize it.
They work, they love, they endure, and when they make
mistakes, they get back up without asking for forgiveness.
The women of Poland possess the grace of the Madonna and the
precision of soldiers.
They carry rosaries and house keys, faith, and discipline. They do
not seek miracles, they organize them. And when the world
stops, they are the ones who restart it.

CLOSE THE BOOK
There is no moral, no conclusion.
There is only a man who has lived through sixty years of women,
cities, languages, mistakes, desires, departures and returns. A
man who believed he was made of discipline, strength,
endurance. And who instead discovers, in the end, that he is
made of them.
Women were not just a chapter in my life.
They were my life.
They have been my geography, my grammar, my memory.
They have been my fall and my healing, my escape and my
return, my wound, and my salvation.
This book does not close anything. It
opens.
It opens the door to a territory that no longer belongs to man,
but to woman.
A territory where it is not I who tells their stories, but they who
tell me. A territory where every encounter becomes structure,
every absence becomes law, every memory becomes
foundation.
Here man ends.
Here woman begins.
And everything that comes after is no longer my story.
It is theirs.
